Nearly 20 years ago, Matt began a journey that started in Los Angeles and took him around the world. From midwestern breweries to Japanese tourist destinations, Matt’s cuisine has spanned cultures and continents, defined by his own innate curiosity and sense of adventure. But “Rock & Roll Chef” isn’t just a moniker, it’s a lifestyle. When he’s not in the kitchen, Matthew can be found on stage playing bass or saxophone.
